If you haven’t had to deal with e-discovery already, you soon will. As more evidence is found on hard drives, in e-mails, and on disks, keeping up with the rules can be daunting. I'll be posting various resources as I find them.

Electronic Discovery Resources (www.discoveryresources.org) aggregates articles from a variety of sources. The site features original content, including a monthly “Ask the Expert” section. They also will e-mail a weekly newsletter to you at your request.
