Florida Registered Paralegal Program Approved

On November 15, the Florida Supreme Court approved the creation of the Florida Registered Paralegal Program, set to begin on March 1, 2008. This is a voluntary registration of paralegals who meet certain minimum educational, certification or work experience criteria and agree to abide by an established code of ethics.
